English Worship Service:
- Begins at 9:30 am, each week is filled with contemporary music, prayer, and fellowship.
- We typically celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of each month.
- Pastor Wade gives Bible-based messages with real-life applications that will challenge and encourage you.
Spanish-Speaking Worship Service: (En Español)
- Begins at 11:30 am, each week is filled contemporary music, prayer, and fellowship.

Sunday Mornings
- Discovery Chapel: Our Children’s Church for 1st-6th graders takes place during the English service. Children are released before the sermon to Room 1 in the Ministry Center.
- Little Ones: Care for infants through kinders is available during both worship services.
- Jr. High & High School Class: Held in the Youth Room located in the Ministry Center at 10am.

- Spanish Bible Study in the Sanctuary, 6-8pm.

Life Groups For Adults
Contact the church office for information on Life Groups for adults as they meet on a semester basis throughout the year. There are groups that meet on Sunday mornings as well as during the week or bi-monthly.

Giving Through Cash, Check, Money Order or Stock Transfer
- Insert Cash, Check or Money Order into an offering envelope and place it in our offering boxes.
- For Stock Transfers, contact the Church Treasurer as well as your financial institution.
- You can designate where you wish to give. For more information contact the church office.
Giving Through Online Bill Pay
- With Online Bill Pay, you can arrange to have your offering debited from your bank checking or savings account on a one-time or recurring date each month.
- Online Bill Pay is a no-fee service offered by most financial institutions.
- Check your bank’s policies regarding this service.
Setting Up Online Bill Pay through your bank checking or savings account
- Log into your bank account from your computer or mobile device.
- Navigate to the Online Bill Pay section.
- Add Calvary Baptist Church as a payee, completing all applicable information (700 E. Monte Vista Avenue, Turlock CA 95382, 209.632.2391).
- In ‘Account Number’ or ‘Memo/Other’ box, designate where you wish your giving to be directed if you want.
- Schedule your offering as a one-time or recurring payment.
- Your bank will generate a physical check on your pre-set payment date, mailing it to Calvary Baptist Church.
- Set account activity alerts through text or email notifications.

Calvary was established in 1908 and continues to be a Christ-centered, Bible-focused family of believers. We’re located at the corner of Monte Vista Ave. and Olive Ave. in Turlock, California (across from the DMV). On Sundays we offer 2 worship services, one of which is in Spanish, and a variety of ministries for the whole family. (En Español)

Leadership Team: Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Pastor Wade Robinson, our Lead Pastor, was first called to Calvary as an interim in 2015 and early on in 2017 the Lord called him to consider being our new Lead Pastor. Our congregation was thrilled with the news and unanimously voted him in! In the past he’s been a youth pastor, church planter and senior pastor which makes us excited to have a pastor with a variety of experiences and skills, along with a passion for seeking God’s will and helping others grow in their faith.

Pastor Jose Magaña, our Executive Pastor, came from within our Spanish service where he served many years as worship leader and life group leader before the Lord called him to sell his contractor business and become a pastor. He was hired in April 2018 as a part time pastor to lead our Spanish service. He continues to lead studies and play on the worship team as well as help maintain our property/facilities.
