Calvary was established in 1908 and continues to be a Christ-centered, Bible-focused family of believers. We’re located at the corner of Monte Vista Ave. and Olive Ave. in Turlock, California (across from the DMV). On Sundays we offer 2 worship services, one of which is in Spanish, and a variety of ministries for the whole family. (En Español)

Leadership Team: Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Pastor Wade Robinson, our Lead Pastor, was first called to Calvary as an interim in 2015 and early on in 2017 the Lord called him to consider being our new Lead Pastor. Our congregation was thrilled with the news and unanimously voted him in! In the past he’s been a youth pastor, church planter and senior pastor which makes us excited to have a pastor with a variety of experiences and skills, along with a passion for seeking God’s will and helping others grow in their faith.

Pastor Jose Magaña, our Executive Pastor, came from within our Spanish service where he served many years as worship leader and life group leader before the Lord called him to sell his contractor business and become a pastor. He was hired in April 2018 as a part time pastor to lead our Spanish service. He continues to lead studies and play on the worship team as well as help maintain our property/facilities.
